About My Blog
An industrial psychologist and trainer of teachers in yoga and stress management. I traffic in disruptive ideas. My goal is to incite and inspire you to do your part in making the world better.
My work for 30 years has sought to integrate eastern practices and western science. I am equally at home with Sanskrit, meditation, face reading, yoga psychology as I am with modern psychological assessment, or the design and study of clinical trials.
Western educated (seven years at the University of Minnesota; currently working to finish my PhD) and closely mentored in Eastern practices from the age of 10; my only regret is that I didn't accept enlightenment when it was offered to me;)
I currently work as a researcher and consultant in industrial /organizational psychology. I have written and spoken about stress management, organizational design, face reading and the value of becoming modern yogis. Additionally I have trained yoga teachers all over the world.
I am also a film buff. Some of these reviews are my attempt to analyse modern films (and some TV) from a Vedic (Sanskrit philosophy) point of view. I hope it gives you an interesting new way to look at some of our contemporary media.
